How Doc3 Took it's Toll:
For most students Doc3 definitely effected many of us for Dante it affected him through research as he states, "What's really slowed me down in this project is the subject I chose to research and write a paper about. Metamorphoses was a pain in the butt to do a project on. Since it has religious elements, I have to be careful on what I cite due to different results when I research". For others such as Mrs. Owings she struggled with her outside life as she says "The other thing that hindered my progress was life! I am a busy mom of three children. Between my schooling, my kids' after school activities, cooking dinner, cleaning house, doing laundry, and spending quality time with my family, I found that I would, on occasion, put writing my Doc 3 essay on the back burner". An for people such as Matthew having a job affected him in a way making it hard to work on outside of class, "My main disruption, when creating my document, is work. The job I work at occupies a lot of my time because I typically work doubles, not that I choose to but my manager chooses to schedule me as a double. So, by the time I get home, I'd choose not to stay up even more just to work on my assignment". Needless to say we all have our differences when it came to working on doc3.

When I was reviewing everyone's posts about their struggles with document 3, I also noticed that there were a lot of differences in the various struggles that people had. I think that Mrs. Owings summed it up pretty well when she stated that life was her biggest hindrance. I think that is something that everyone can relate to.
